Grease a 8 inch square pan with baking paper and set aside
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients - oats, whole wheat flour, chia seeds, nuts, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate chips.
In a smaller bowl, combine all the wet ingredients - brown or coconut sugar, yoghurt, melted butter or ghee, jam and orange zest
Combine both and mix until just combined. Transfer to greased baking dish and press well into the corners.
Optionally, spread a thin layer of jam on top before baking.
Bake at 180°C for 15- 20 minutes until the top is slightly golden.
Remove from oven and spread a layer of thin melted chocolate and top with toasted oats, nuts. Chill for 2 hours and serve.
